Curse of the Hand

Description

This is the first part of a trilogy of silent horror comedies. It's a parody of the classic expressionist horror films of the 1920s. And if you're not familiar with silent films, keep in mind that blue tinting means night.

I'd also like to add that the entire score is original music. It was composed and performed by an extremely talented friend of mine.

After you watch this one, check out the second installment: "The Hand Reborn" [link]
Then check out the third installment: "Destiny of the Hand" [link]

Enjoy!

Haha! I enjoyed it. Silent films are unique because it gives the viewer a lot of space for imagination. You try to figure out what they are feeling and saying and the title cards are there just to keep the story going. Good acting, too, and, for some reason, I found the hand rather cute, instead of something "dangerous" and "frightening". :) Congrats especially on the music because music is what silent films are also about.
